Call to Order:  President Ben Eubank called the meeting to order at 7:00 am.

Business Meeting
1.    St Lucia Matching Grant:
DG Don LeBarge met with Ben Eubank and reviewed the TRS paperwork and Gary Law’s paper work and found the documents in order. The District matching grant funds will proceed as usual.
2.    District 5510 conference 2009 “Go for the Gold” is May 14-17 2009 at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff, AZ.  TRS may get the “most cooperative project award”  as the result of Patrick’s work pulling together Rotary, Kiwanis and Lions clubs together .  This cooperative project may also be the featured project in London at the RI International Convention.
3.    Patrick deHaan noted the TRS website needs updating as old material is on our webpage.
4.    Patrick will get information for the club on the Lions and Kiwanis club golf opportunities that TRS may be able to participate with. Also information on the certified wildlife habitat that the three clubs, Rotary, Lions and Kiwanis may jointly participate.

Drawing: Bobbi had the winning ticket but lost the drawing 2 with the Jack of Diamonds.
